Who Is At Risk For A Pulmonary Embolism
Risk factors for pulmonary embolism include:

Sinopharm Vaccine Most Unsafe In The World Causes Vision Loss High Blood Pressure Says Vaccine Expert
A vaccine expert from China has labeled the Sinopharm COVID-19 vaccine most unsafe vaccine in the world that can cause 73 different side effects.
China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporations subsidiary, China National Biotec Group , produced an inactivated vaccine called BBIBP-CorV which was approved by Chinas National Medical Products Administration for inoculation. According to the firm, this has a 79.34 percent efficacy rate as displayed by results in late-stage trials.
It was the Chinese governments first approved Wuhan coronavirus vaccine.
But Tao Lina, a Shanghai-based vaccine expert, criticized Sinopharm vaccines user guide on Sina Weibo, a Chinese microblogging website.
He found that the vaccine was linked to 73 adverse reactions. I took in a long cold breath, and counted the conditions listed in the adverse reactions column, he said.
Aside from getting headaches and pain in the injection site, high blood pressure, loss of vision, loss of taste, delayed menstruation, and urinary incontinence were more likely to occur.
He cited the 73 adverse reactions, which he also calls absolutely unprecedented, stated on the manual in labeling the Sinopharm product as the most unsafe vaccine in the world in one fell swoop.
No other inactivated vaccine shares the same amount of adverse reactions, he wrote.
It will be up to the provincial governments to provide compensation since the company is impenetrable to lawsuits.
What You Can Do
If you get your blood pressure under control, you can cut your chance of having a stroke by almost half. Talk to your doctor about whether medication would help. You can also aim to:

How Is A Blood Clot Diagnosed
Your provider will ask you a series of questions. If a blood clot is suspected, you will likely undergo one of these tests:

When To Seek Emergency Treatment For Blood Clots
Determining whether or not you have blood clots can be difficult without proper medical care. However, you should call a doctor if you experience numbing of your arms, hands, feet or legs. You should also get medical help if you experience a rapid heartbeat that does not subside with rest or a medication like low-dose aspirin. You should go to your nearest ER if you experience any of these symptoms or have chest, leg or back pain that does not subside with over-the-counter remedies or home treatment. Or, if any of the following symptoms are present:
